Breakfast:1 C. skim milk, 1 large banana, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1/3 C. Egg Beaters, s/f zero calorie syrup

Snack: 1 oz Brie Cheese, 1 Asian Pear

Lunch: 2 eggs, 2 slices light whole wheat toast, 2/3 cup malt o meal

Snack: 1 Weight Watchers Cookie Ice Cream Bar-120 Calories

Dinner: 2 TB FF Sour Cream, 3 oz ground Turkey, 1 cup pink beans, 1 cup onion, 1/2 cup tomatoes, 1/2 cup tomato juice, 6 low sodium crackers (60 calories)

Snack: 1 medium Gala Apple

Total Fiber: 43 gm
