Working on eating how I did to lose the weight I did in the first place. I think I'm doing ok. I can still work harder at it, but I'm getting there. I also increased my exercise to 20 minutes a day on the glider. Will weigh  myself in the morning and see how it is going.

I felt like crud today so I barely got out of bed. I usually do my exercise first thing in the morning and if it doesn't get done in the morning I don't get it done. But, today I just forced myself to do it before bed. It was only 15 minutes on the gazelle. But, I feel so much better that I did it any way.

It has been forever since I have used this blog, but I am READY to get back to where I was healthy and happy. I have about 45 lbs to lose, but I am going to do it! I want to see Onederland again!

I'm exercising and watching my food again. Woot woot.
