Snack: 1 oz Brie Cheese, 1 Asian Pear

Lunch: 1 C. Cauliflower, 1/2 C. Zucchini, 1/2 C. Onion, 2 oz Ground Turkey, 2 oz No Yolks Noodles, 1 can Chicken Broth

Snack: 1 Weight Watchers Cookie Ice Cream Bar-120 Calories

Dinner: 5 oz Shrimp, 1/2 C. pink beans, 2/3 C. corn, 2 TBs s/f marmelade, 1 TB dijon mustard

Snack: 1 C. Califlower-baked

Total Fiber: 35 gm
