Lunch: 2 eggs, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 2 slices light whole wheat toast, 15 sprays parkay
Insulin: 7 humalog
Snack: 1 cup skim milk, 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
Dinner: 3/4 pita pocket, 1/3 cup hummus, 4 oz ground turkey, 1/2 cup onions, Greek salad-spinach, 6 olives, 3 artichoke hearts, 1 tb Greek vinaigrette, 1 oz reduced fat feta cheese
Insulin: 13 humalog
Snack: 1 Pear
Total Fiber: 29 gm
