Breakfast: 2 slices toast, 10 sprays parkay, 1 tb diet apricot jelly, 1 pear

Snack: 1/4 cantaloupe
Lunch: 2 oz pasta, 1 cup marinara sauce, 2 oz ground turkey, Greek salad-3 olives, 3 artichoke hearts, 1/2 tb Greek vinaigrette, spinach, 1/2 oz reduced fat feta
Insulin: 13 humalog
Snack: 1 Weight Watchers ice cream bar-120 cals
Dinner: 1/3 cup hummus, 3/4 pita, 4 oz ground turkey, 1/2 cup onion, Greek salad-spinach, 1/2 oz reduced fat feta, 3 artichoke hearts, 3 olives, 1/2 tb Greek vinaigrette
Insulin: 15 humalog
Snack: 3 dates
Total Fiber: 28.5
