Breakfast: 2 slices light whole wheat toast, 10 sprays parkay, 1 tb sugar free apricot jelly, 1 Pear
Insulin: 10 humalog/14 NPH

Lunch: 1/2 cup onion, 1 cup zucchini, 1 3/4 oz no yolks noodles, 1 can chicken broth, 2 oz ground turkey, garlic
Insulin: none

Snack: 3/4 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup skim milk

Dinner: 1 chocolate vitamuffin, 1 3/4 oz angel hair pasta, 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce, 4 oz ground turkey, 2 TB Parmesan cheese
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 3 apricots

Total Fiber: 23.5
