Snack: 3 apricots

Lunch: 2 oz chicken, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1 1/2 TB fat free mayo, mini bag popcorn
Insulin: 12 humalog

Snack: Banana-Strawberry non fat yogurt

Dinner: 1 chalupa, 1 grilled steak taco
Insulin: 13 humalog

Snack: 1 Pear

Total Fiber: 22.5
