Insulin: 10 humalog/14 NPH

Snack: 3 dates

Lunch: 2 oz rice noodles, 1/2 cup veggies, 1/2 cup mini shrimp, 1 egg
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 1 coconut shrimp, 1 bite BBQ rib

Dinner: 3 oz rice noodles, 1 cup veggies, 1 cup shrimp, 1 egg, teriyaki sauce
Insulin: 12 humalog

Snack: 1/2 glucose tab, 1 Weight Watchers Ice cream bar
Blood Glucose: 67

Total Fiber: 21.5
