Snack: 3 dates

Lunch: 1 grilled steak taco, 1/2 refried beans
Insulin: 8 humalog

Snack: 1 Pear

Dinner: 2 3/4 oz rice noodles, 1 cup veggies, 2 eggs, 1 cup petite shrimp, 1 tb teriyaki sauce
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 3 dates

Total Fiber: 24
