Breakfast: 1 cup skim milk, 3/4 cup frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 5 sprays parkay
Insulin: 10 humalog/16 NPH

Snack: 1/2 banana

Lunch: Greek Salad-baby greens, 3 olives, 3 artichoke hearts, 1/2 oz reduced fat feta, 1/2 TB Greek vinaigrette, Minestrone-1/2 cup red kidney beans, 1/2 cup zucchini, 3/4 oz elbow macaroni, 1/2 cup tomato juice, 1/4 cup diced tomatoes, 1 can chicken broth, 2 oz ground turkey
Insulin: none

Snack: 1/2 banana

Dinner: 3/8 cup hummus, 3/4 pita, 3 oz ground turkey, 1/2 cup onion, Greek Salad-3 olives, 3 artichoke hearts, baby greens, 1/2 oz reduced fat feta, 1/2 tb Greek vinaigrette
Insulin: 13 humalog

Snack: 1 cup skim milk, 3/4 cup strawberries

Total Fiber: 25 gm
