Breakfast: 1 pear, 1 blueberry vitamuffin
Insulin: 10 humalog/16 NPH

Snack: 1 banana

Lunch: 1/2 pita, 1/4 cup hummus, 2 oz turkey, 1/2 cup onions, curry powder, lettuce, 6 olives, 3 artichoke hearts, 1 oz reduced fat feta, 1 TB Greek vinaigrette
Insulin: 13 humalog

Snack: 2/3 cup strawberries, 1 cup skim milk

Dinner: Minestrone soup-3 oz turkey, 1 cup zucchini, 1/2 cup beans, 3/4 oz elbow macaroni, 1/4 cup tomatoes, 1/2 cup tomato juice, 1 can chicken broth, garlic, Italian herbs, Greek Salad-lettuce, 3 olives, 3 artichoke hearts, 1 oz reduced fat feta, 1/2 TB Greek vinaigrette
Insulin: 13 humalog
