Breakfast: 1 banana nut vitamuffin, 1 pear
Insulin: 10 humalog/14 NPH

Snack: 1/2 banana

Lunch: 2 oz rice noodles, 1 cup veggies, 1/2 cup mini shrimp, 1 egg
Insulin: 8 humalog

Snack: 1 cup skim milk, 3/4 cup frozen strawberries

Dinner: 12 oz potatoes, 1 tb light butter-35 calories, 1 tb fat free cream cheese, chives, 4 oz group turkey, 1 cup onions, 1 oz goat cheese
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 1/2 Banana

Total Fiber: 26
