Breakfast: 1 Blueberry vitamuffin, 1/2 cup apple sauce
Insulin: 5 humalog/16 NPH

Snack: 1 Banana

Lunch: 4 oz grilled salmon, 1.5 oz grilled shrimp, zucchini, onion petals, honey mustard dressing
Insulin: 13 humalog

Snack: stir fried veggies, tomatoes

Dinner: 2 crab stuff mushrooms, a couple of spoons of Lobster Bisque
Insulin: 15 humalog

Total Fiber: 19 gm
