Lunch: 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 2 oz turkey, 1 TB fat free mayo, chocolate vitamuffin, greek salad-spinach, 1/2 oz reduced fat feta, 3 artichoke hearts, 1/2 tb Greek vinaigrette
Dinner: String Beans, Shrimp, Fried Won Tons, Egg Drop Soup
