Snack: 1 Plum

Dinner: 3/4 oz no yolks noodles, 3/4 cup kidney beans, 1.5 oz fat free american cheese, 1/2 cup onion, 1/2 cup tomatoes
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 3 dates

Total Fiber: 27
