Snack: 1/2 Banana
Dinner: 1 3/4 oz angle hair pasta, 1 cup spaghetti sauce, 1 tb light butter, 4 oz ground turkey, 2 slices light whole wheat bread
Insulin: 10 humalog
Snack: 1 enlightened candie cookie
Total Fiber: 33
