Lunch: 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 2 slices fat free cheese, 1 cup skim milk, 1/3 can tomato soup, 6 low sodium saltines
Insulin: 10 humalog
Snack: 3 dates
Dinner: 2 3/4 oz rice noodles, 1 cup mixed veggies, 2 eggs, 1 cup petite shrimp
Insulin: 10 humalog
Snack: 3/4 cup strawberries, 1 cup skim milk
Total Fiber: 24 gms
