Snack: 1/2 banana

Lunch: 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1 TB Brummel & brown, 1/2 enlightened candie cookie, 2 oz chicken, 4 oz potato, 1 tb fat free miracle whip, 1 tb sweet relish, 1/2 tb yellow mustard
Insulin: none
Blood Glucose: 81

Snack: 1/2 banana

Dinner: 6 stuffed shells, 1 cup spaghetti sauce, 1 enlightened candie cookie
Insulin: 10 humalog

Total Fiber: 32
