Lunch: 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 2 oz chicken, 1 TB fat free mayo, 1 chocolate vitamuffin
Insulin: 6 humalog

Snack: 1/2 banana

Dinner: 2 3/4 oz rice noodles, 1 cup stir fry veg, 1 cup petite shrimp, 2 eggs
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 3 candie cookies

Total Fiber: 31
