Insulin: 10 humalog/14 NPH

Lunch: 2 KFC chicken strips, 1 honey mustard, 1 small mashed potatoes, 1 small coleslaw, 1/3 biscuit
Insulin: 10 humalog

Dinner: 2 3/4 oz rice noodles, 1 cup mixed veggies, 2 eggs, 1 cup petite shrimp
Insulin: 10 humalog

Total Fiber: 15.5 gms
