Lunch: 2 eggs, 2 slices light whole wheat toast, 1/2 cup heart to heart cereal, 1/2 cup skim milk

Snack: 3 dates

Dinner: 2 slices pizza-pineapple/ham, 1/2 cup home made coleslaw-fat free
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 3 apricots

Total Fiber: 27.5 gms
