Lunch: 1 3/4 oz noodles, 1 cup zucchini, 1/2 cup onions, 1 can chicken broth, 2 oz ground turkey
Insulin: 6 humalog
Snack: 3 dates
Dinner: 4 chicken wingettes, 1 1/3 cup petite peas, 1 1/2 slices fat free american cheese, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1 TB brummel and brown
Insulin: 10 humalog
Snack: 3 dates
Total Fiber: 28.5
