Snack: 1/2 banana
Lunch: 1 grilled steak taco, 1/2 order pintos and cheese
Insulin: 6 humalog
Dinner: 4 chicken wingettes, 4 oz potatoes, 1 tb fat free mayo, 1 ts sweet relish, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1 tb light butter, 1/4 cup bean salad
Insulin: 10 humalog
Snack: 1/2 banana
Total Fiber: 28
