Breakfast: 1 banana nut vitamuffin, 1 pear
Insulin: 10 humalog/14 NPH

Lunch: 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 2 tb fat free miracle whip, 2 oz chicken,  1 mini bag popcorn
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 3 apricots

Dinner: 2 oz angle hair pasta, 1 cup spaghetti sauce, 2 tb Parmesan cheese, 4 oz turkey, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1 tb light butter
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 1 buffalo wing, 1 tb blue cheese dressing

Total Fiber: 29.5 gms
