Lunch: 1 3/4 oz noodles, 1 cup zucchini, 1/2 cup onions, 1 can chicken broth, 2 oz ground turkey

Dinner: 1 steak chulupa, 1 grilled steak taco
Insulin: 10 humalog
Snack: 1 candie cookie
Total Fiber: 20
