Breakfast: 2 la tortilla tortillas, 1 cup zucchini, 1/2 cup onions, 3 dates
Insulin: 10 humalog/14 NPH
Snack: 3 dates
Lunch: 1 3/4 oz no yolks noodles, 1 cup zucchini, 1/2 cup onions, 2 oz turkey, 3 tbs fat free sour cream, 1 can chicken broth
Insulin: 6 humalog
Snack: 3 dates
Dinner: 2 Corn Muffins, Chicken leg, and part of chicken thigh rotisserie, chicken broth, 1 teaspoon butter
Insulin: 10 humalog
Snack: 1/2 a enlightened candie cookie (1/4 starch, 1/2 fat) 30 calories
Total Fiber: 26.5
