Lunch: 2 eggs, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 10 sprays parkay, 1/2 cup heart to heart, 1/2 cup skim milk
Insulin: 6 humalog

Snack: 1/2 banana

Dinner: 6 stuffed shells, 1 cup tomato sauce, 1 tb Parmesan cheese
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 1 candie cookie

Total Fiber: 34 gms
