Breakfast: 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 oatmeal, 1 tb sliced almonds, 1 Pear
Insulin: 10 humalog/14 NPH

Snack: 3 apricots

Lunch: 1 cup butternut squash, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1 tb fat free mayo, 2 oz grilled chicken
Insulin: 8 humalog

Snack: 3 dates

Dinner: 1.75 oz angel hair pasta, 1 cup sugar free marinara sauce, 4 oz ground turkey, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1 TB light butter, 2 TB Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup green beans
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 3 apricots

Total Fiber: 31.5
