Breakfast: 1 banana nut vitamuffin, 1 pear, 1 oz brie
Insulin: 10 humalog/14 NPH
Snack: 1/2 banana
Lunch: 1 3/4 oz no yolks noodles, 1 cup zucchini, 1/2 cup onions, 2 oz turkey, 3 tbs fat free sour cream, 1 can chicken broth
Insulin: 6 humalog
Dinner: crab legs, shrimp, 4 stuffed mushrooms, some melted butter, green beans
Total Fiber: 17
