Insulin: 10 humalog/14 NPH

Snack: 1/2 banana

Lunch: 2 slices light whole wheat toast, 10 sprays parkay, 2 eggs, 4 oz potatoes, 1/2 tb sugar free blackberry jelly
Insulin: 6 humalog

Snack: 1/2 banana

Dinner: 1 beef chalupa supreme, 1 grilled steak taco

Snack: 1/2 cup sugar free apple sauce, 1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese

Total Fiber: 28
