Dinner: 3/4 oz no yolks noodles, 1/2 cup kidney beans, 1 oz fat free american cheese, 1/2 cup onion, 1/2 cup tomatoes. 6 low sodium crackers
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 3 dates
