Lunch: 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 2 oz grilled chicken, 1 non fat yogurt, 3/4 cup heart to heart, 1/2 cup green beans, 1 tb fat free miracle whip
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 3 dates

Dinner: 1 cup stir fry vegetables, 3 oz rice noodles, 1 cup petite shrimp, 2 eggs
Blood Glucose 76
Insulin: none

Snack: 3 apricots

Total Fiber: 29.5
