Breakfast: 1/2 cup heart to heart, 1 container non fat blueberry yogurt, 1 pear
Insulin: 10 humalog/14 NPH
Snack: 1/2 banana
Lunch: 1 3/4 oz no yolks noodles, 1 cup zucchini, 1/2 cup onions, 2 oz turkey, 3 tbs fat free sour cream, 1 can chicken broth
Insulin: 6 humalog
Snack: 1/2 banana
Dinner: 1.75 oz angel hair pasta, 1 cup sugar free marinara sauce, 4 oz ground turkey, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1 TB light butter, 2 TB Parmesan cheese
Insulin: 10 humalog
Snack: 1/2 banana
Total Fiber: 30
