Dinner: 3 oz cowboy chicken fried steak, 1/4 cup country gravy, 1 cup frozen corn, 1 1/3 cup green beans
Insulin: 10 humalog
Snack: 1/2 cup chocolate peanut butter cookie dough skinny cow ice cream
