Lunch: Healthy jo, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 2/3 cup corn, salad-lettuce, 3 artichoke hearts, 1/2 TB Greek vinaigrette

Dinner: 3 oz turkey, 12 pickles, 3 TB fat free cream cheese, 1 1/3 cup peas
Insulin: 10 humalog
Snack: 1/2 cup chocolate peanut butter cookie dough skinny cow ice cream
Total Fiber: 31 gms
