Lunch: 2 ounces catfish, some bread crumbs, 2/3 cup green beans, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 slices lemon grove coconut cream pie
Insulin: 6 humalog

Snack: 3 apricots

Dinner: 3 ounces catfish, some bread crumbs, 2/3 cup peas, 2/3 cup green beans, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 slice lemon grove coconut cream pie
Insulin: 10 humalog

Total Fiber: 29 gms
