Snack: 3 apricots

Lunch: 1 small Wendy's chili, 1 Caesar salad
Insulin: 6 humalog

Dinner: 2 ounces ground turkey, 1/2 cup pink beans, 1 ounce reduced fat cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup onions, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 2 tablespoon fat free sour cream, 1 tablespoon guacamole, 2/3 cup green beans
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: sugar free, fat free raspberry yogurt

Total Fiber: 32 gms
