Lunch: 3/4 cup cream of wheat, 2 slices light whole wheat toast, 2 eggs
Insulin: 6 humalog

Snack: 3 dates

Dinner: 2 slices ham and pineapple pizza, salad, 3 artichoke hearts, 1/2 tablespoon Greek vinaigrette
Insulin: 10 humalog

Total Fiber: 24 gms
