Breakfast: 1 Weight Watchers English muffin, 1 egg, 1 slice fat free Swiss cheese, 1 tablespoon sugar free apricot jelly, 1 pear
Insulin: 8 humalog/14 NPH

Snack: 3 dates

Lunch: 1 cup Round-up Soup=2 meat, 1 starch, 1 vegetable, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1 tablespoon Brummel and brown , mushrooms, 1/2 cup green beans
Insulin: 4 humalog
Ate Lunch Late 3:00pm

Dinner: 1 small Checkers Chili, 3 chicken nuggets, 2 saltines

Total Fiber: 24.5 gms
