Insulin: 8 humalog/14 NPH

Snack: 3 dates

Lunch: 2 oz chicken breast, 1 TB fat free mayo, dill, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 2/3 cup peas
Insulin: 6 humalog

Snack: 1 oz ham, thin slice strawberry cake

Dinner: Jack Daniels shrimp, zucchini
Insulin: 10 humalog

Total Fiber: 20 gms
