Lunch: 1/2 cup bbq chicken salad, salad-3 artichoke hearts, 1 tablespoon light vinaigrette-25 calories, 2/3 cup peas
Insulin: 6 humalog

Dinner: 2 grilled steak tacos

Snack: 1 reduced fat ritz cracker, 1 light laughing cow cheese
Insulin: 10 humalog

Total Fiber: 19 gms
