Dinner: 3 ounces ground turkey, 1/2 cup pink beans, 1 ounce reduced fat cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup onions, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 2 tablespoons fat free sour cream, 1 tablespoon guacamole, 1 1/2 cups green beans
Insulin: 10 humalog
Total Fiber: 37.5 gms
