Dinner: 3 ounce ground turkey, 1 ounce reduced fat cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup onions, 2 tortillas, 2 tablespoon fat free sour cream, 1 tablespoon salsa, salad-3 artichokes, 1 tablespoon vinaigrette-15 calories
Insulin: 10 humalog

Snack: 1/2 cup strawberry cheese cake Skinny Cow ice cream
