Food Journal ~ 11/1



Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, spinach, salsa, half a raisin bagel, coffee 3

Snack: strawberries, Splenda, 1 teaspoon of honey 2

Lunch: 2 slices of light bread, 1 teaspoon butter, 1 slice gouda cheese, 3 slices roast turkey lunch meat, 1 caramel noosa yogurt (150 calories), half top dish of the pretzel noosa crunchy toppings.

Snack: 1/3 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter, 2 splendas, 1 tablespoon fat free cream cheese, 1 tablespoon Cool whip. 3 celery stalks.

Dinner: 2 pancackes, egg white omelette, salsa, sugar free pancake syrup, 1 teaspoon butter

Snack: Enlightened Hot Chocolate ice cream 1 cup
