Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, spinach, salsa, 13 shredded wheat squares, 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, coffee with caramel premiere shake, pumpkin pie creamer and syrup.
Dinner: 2 soft steak tacos, pintos and cheese from taco bell, sour cream
Snack: 1 cup enlightened black cherry chocolate chip ice cream
