Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, spinach, salsa, 2 slices of light bread toasted, Coffee
Snack: strawberries, blueberries, 1 ts honey
Lunch: 2 slices lite bread, 1 slice Gouda, 1 caramel noosa yogurt
Snack: 10 french fries
Dinner: 8 won tons, 1 cup butternut squash soup, 1 aldi turkey spinach & feta sausage
Snack: Enlightened Strawberry Cheesecake Ice cream
Total Fiber: 28 gms
