Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, spinach, salsa, 13 s'more shredded wheat squares, 1/4 unsweetened vanilla almond milk, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, with pumpkin pie almond milk creamer, and syrup
Lunch: Grilled Cheese sandwich using Gouda, and fat free feta, butternut squash soup.
Snack: cheese and broccoli
Dinner: eggplant, ricotta, feta, mozzarella, tomato sauce
Snack: 1 cup Enlightened Hot Chocolate ice cream
Total Fiber: 24 gms
Total WW Points: 36
