Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, spinach, salsa, 2 slices light bread, coffee

Snack: Strawberries, splenda, 1 packet of honey

Lunch: 2 slices light bread, 1 slice Gouda cheese, 3 slices turkey, poppy seed dressing, cauliflower

Dinner: Pumpkin Pancakes, 2 eggs, ham, butter, apple

Snack: Enlightened Red Velvet ice cream 1 cup

Total WW Points: 44
