Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, spinach, 2 slices of turkey, salsa, 2 slices of light bread toasted, Chai tea

Snack: Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip and Celery

Snack: krispy kreme donut

Dinner: Cracker Barrel-grilled fish, carrots, 1/2 okra, cup turkey noodle soup

Snack: Chocolate Banana Halo Top ice cream 1 cup

Total Fiber: 20
