Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, spinach, salsa, 2 slices light bread, 1/4 unsweetened vanilla almond milk, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, with pumpkin pie almond milk creamer, and syrup

Snack: blueberries and 1 true whip

Lunch: dip, celery, salsa

Snack: popcorn

Dinner: 2 tacos

Snack: halo top black cherry
